Each posting is scored against what the employer actually asks for. A card says six of nine must-haves, missing Kubernetes, rather than a bare percentage.

Saved roles go into a pipeline that tracks replies and stale applications. An alert arrives minutes after the crawl that found the job, never in a daily digest and never between 10pm and 7am.

Questions people ask first
Is it free?
The job board is, and stays that way. The features that read your resume with an AI model are metered in monthly credits, and the free plan includes enough of them to see whether any of it helps. Nobody is asked for a card to sign up. Anyone who joined before 23 September 2026 keeps a founding plan at no cost, because the terms promised they would be told first.
What happens to my resume?
It is sent to Anthropic to be read into a profile and to Voyage AI to be turned into a vector for matching. It is stored in our database so the scoring can run. It is never sold, and you can delete it, or your whole account, from the Profile page at any time.
Where do the jobs come from?
Mostly from employers' own applicant-tracking boards on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, which publish openings for exactly this purpose, plus three public aggregator feeds. Thuolo does not scrape LinkedIn or Indeed.
Do you apply for me?
No. You apply on the employer's site, where it counts. Thuolo finds the role, scores it, tracks what you sent and reminds you when something goes quiet.
