Job Description

Fabletics is looking for a CRM Operations Specialist.

How do you Fit in?

As the CRM Operations Specialist, you will own the execution of marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push for Fabletics Women's and Men's, spanning acquisition and VIP retention. You will work hand in hand with our offshore execution team every day, guiding builds and turning campaign strategy into accurate, on-time sends at high volume. This is an excellent opportunity to help scale production for a membership-driven CRM program and contribute to the continued growth of the brand.

You will report to the Director, CRM Operations and partner closely with CRM Marketing, Creative, Data/Analytics, Data Engineering, and our offshore execution partners.

What you can bring • 2-4 years of experience in CRM or marketing operations (email, SMS, and push), including at least 1 year building and deploying high-volume marketing campaigns in an enterprise ESP. • Experience collaborating with offshore or distributed execution teams, including providing day-to-day build guidance, feedback, and quality review across time zones. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and templating languages (Handlebars or Liquid) for responsive, personalized email builds. • Basic understanding of event, catalog, and profile JSON data structures, and how to implement them as dynamic content across email, SMS, and push. • Basic understanding of integrations via GET requests, including retrieving and interpreting API responses. • Working knowledge of deliverability fundamentals and messaging compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and carrier requirements). • Meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined QA mindset: you catch the error before it reaches the customer. • Strong organization and communication skills to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines. • Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day CRM work, with a proven track record of applying them to improve build speed, QA accuracy, and operational efficiency.

What you will do • Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns for Women's and Men's, including promotional, cycle, retail, and newsletter sends across email, SMS, and push. • Partner with the offshore execution team day to day: provide build guidance, review output, and flag quality or turnaround issues early. • Code and build campaigns hands-on (HTML, CSS, and Handlebars) when volume, complexity, or turnaround requires it, alongside the offshore team. • Build dynamic content using event, catalog, and profile data and GET-based API responses, powering personalized product recommendations, copy, and other data-driven content across email, SMS, and push. • Coordinate campaign intake and the production calendar with CRM Marketing. • Advise marketing on technical best practices and recommendations for new requests, ensuring compliance and feasibility while still meeting the intended campaign goal. • Translate campaign briefs into audience and segmentation logic, including suppressions, holdouts, and frequency rules. • Set up and execute A/B and multivariate tests with clean test cells, control groups, and accurate tracking. • Execute QA before every send, covering rendering, links, personalization, data fields, and suppression logic. • Monitor deliverability and list health, including inbox placement, bounce and complaint rates, opt-out processing, and engagement suppression, and escalate issues. • Support the Lifecycle and Automation lead on journey and trigger builds as needed. • Follow and help document operational standards, including naming conventions and build checklists. • Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and scale production, including AI-assisted build and QA.
