What is a credit?
One credit is roughly one thing the AI does for you. They refresh on the first of every month, and nothing rolls over - the allowance is a ceiling so that one heavy month cannot cost you a surprise, not a budget you are meant to spend down.

A copilot question is charged at four credits because one question can make the model search the board several times. Whatever it does not use is given straight back, so you are only ever charged for what ran.
Questions worth answering first
I already have an account. Does this change anything for me?
No. Everyone who signed up while Thuolo was free keeps a founding account, with the same monthly allowance as Student Pro, permanently and at no cost. The terms promised you would be told before pricing applied to you, so it does not apply to you.
What counts as a student email?
An address your school issues to enrolled students - .edu and the national equivalents. Alumni addresses do not count, because they are free, permanent and handed out by the million. We re-check once a year so it stays a student price.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The job board, your pipeline, your saved searches and your alerts all keep working. Only the AI features pause, and they come back on the first of the month.
Do you store my resume?
Yes - the matching runs against it, so it has to live in the database. It is never sold, and you can delete it, or your whole account, from the Profile page at any time.
