Enterprise Account Executive – Financial Services

Our Enterprise Account Executive team is a group of highly driven individuals dedicated to closing experience gaps across the world’s leading financial institutions. In the modern Financial Services sector—spanning retail banking, wealth management, commercial banking, insurance, and fintech—digital transformation, client retention, regulatory compliance, omnichannel service, and advisor/employee experience are top priorities. Our SaaS platform empowers global financial institutions to capture real-time customer feedback, elevate digital and branch interactions, and drive action with pre-built Experience Management (XM) programs.
How You’ll Find Success
Takes Initiative: Understands the expected outcome, grasps complex financial service ecosystems, and works entrepreneurially to execute.
Domain & Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of key business drivers, metrics, and buyer personas in Financial Services (e.g., Net Promoter Score/CSAT, customer churn prevention, digital adoption, wealth advisor retention, branch experience, and client lifetime value).
Proven Deal Closer: Strong track record of consistently exceeding quota and acquiring high-value enterprise financial accounts.
Complex Solution Selling: Ability to sell a multi-solution, enterprise-grade SaaS platform (Qualtrics Experience Management) into large, matrixed financial institutions with complex governance and security requirements.
Strategic Negotiation: Skilled in navigating strict procurement procedures, vendor risk management (VRM) assessments, regulatory compliance evaluations, and enterprise contract negotiations.

Things You’ll Do
Quarterback strategic enterprise deals with Fortune 500 banks, wealth management firms, insurance carriers, and fintech leaders in your territory.
Consistently hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
Cultivate C-level and VP-level relationships across Consumer Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience (CX), Operations, and Human Resources.
Develop and maintain deep domain knowledge of Qualtrics’ XM offerings and how they solve financial services challenges (e.g., digital banking feedback loops, branch customer satisfaction, advisor onboarding/retention, insurance claims experience, and Voice of the Customer).
Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to build win-based proposals and strategic pricing models.
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, SME Leads, and Customer Success) to orchestrate collaborative, high-impact enterprise sales cycles.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
A validated top performer with a proven track record of breakthrough sales results.
5–10+ years of direct enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably targeting Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Fintech sectors.
Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
Demonstrated mastery of the MEDDPICC / MEDDIC sales process.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales forecasting hygiene.
Experience developing complex business cases and ROI models focused on account retention, digital adoption, risk mitigation, and client lifetime value.
Proven track record of navigating long, complex contract negotiations with highly regulated financial enterprises.
Ability to travel up to 50% as needed for key client meetings, executive briefings, and industry summits.

For full-time positions , this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
