  • Create and improve data visualization tools and reporting solutions that enable Sales Enablement Advisors and Sales Leadership to more effectively monitor performance, identify trends, and uncover market opportunities.
  • Conduct proactive analyses across markets to identify trends, gaps, outliers, and opportunities related to referral networks, customer engagement, market development, and field execution.

  • Partner with Advisors to define analytical needs, evaluate market opportunities, prioritize areas of focus, and measure the impact of Sales Enablement initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to vet ideas, prioritize analytical projects, and design scalable solutions that maximize impact across the Sales Enablement organization.
  • Serve as a business intelligence subject-matter expert for the Sales Enablement team, helping stakeholders effectively utilize available reporting, dashboards, and data resources.
  • Bring forward opportunities to improve reporting, data visibility, processes, and analytical capabilities rather than relying solely on incoming requests.
  • Conduct appropriate analyses of existing data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities and communicate findings in a concise, actionable manner.
  • Support the development of leadership presentations, business reviews, and strategic updates by providing accurate data, meaningful insights, and clear visualizations.
  • Manage multiple analytical projects and stakeholder requests simultaneously, ensuring appropriate prioritization, communication, and timely delivery.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Growth Operations, Sales Leadership, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data, reporting, and business priorities.
