The Visa Enabler Network (VEN) is Visa's business development and sales organization focused on building strategic relationships with Enablers that expand the reach and distribution of Visa products and capabilities. VEN identifies, develops, and grows Enabler partnerships that help Visa reach multiple downstream clients through a single technology or infrastructure relationship. Visa Enablers are companies that provide technology, infrastructure, platforms, or services that allow financial institutions, fintechs, software companies, merchants, and other businesses to connect to Visa, access Visa capabilities, or deliver Visa-enabled payment products. Because an Enabler can support multiple downstream clients, its technology can serve as a scalable control point through which Visa accelerates product distribution, implementation, and adoption across the payments ecosystem. Role Overview The Senior Manager role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing opportunities with new and emerging Enablers. This individual contributor will source leads, build account strategies, conduct consultative discovery, create value propositions and business cases, coordinate the cross-functional sales process, and convert qualified opportunities into signed agreements and revenue growth. The Senior Manager will execute against VEN's established strategy, qualification criteria, commercial frameworks, and operating model. The role is accountable for disciplined prospecting, pipeline development, opportunity progression, forecasting, negotiation, and expansion of assigned Enabler relationships. Essential Functions · Identify, prospect, qualify, and develop new and emerging Enabler opportunities aligned with VEN priorities. · Develop account plans and opportunity strategies that identify client needs, decision-makers, relevant Visa capabilities, commercial potential, competitive considerations, and next steps. · Conduct consultative discovery to understand the Enabler's business model, technology capabilities, customer base, growth objectives, and potential to support Visa-enabled products. · Create clear value propositions and sales narratives that connect Enabler needs and capabilities with relevant Visa products and commercial objectives. · In partnership with Finance, build business cases and deal proposals that articulate client value, Visa value, expected economics, dependencies, risks, and the path to commercialization. · Own assigned opportunities through discovery, qualification, solution alignment, internal approvals, negotiation, contracting, and launch readiness. · Coordinate Product, Technical Sales, Finance, Legal, Implementation, Risk, Marketing, regional teams, and other stakeholders required to progress and close opportunities. · Build productive executive and working-level relationships across assigned Enabler prospects and clients. · Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline and accurate CRM records, forecasts, milestones, risks, next steps, and revenue expectations. · Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline, agreement, revenue, and product distribution objectives. · Expand existing relationships by identifying additional Visa products, use cases, markets, and downstream-client opportunities. · Monitor competitive activity, market developments, client feedback, and product gaps; provide actionable insight to VEN leadership and internal partners. · Apply established VEN qualification and sales disciplines consistently, escalating issues and decisions when needed. · Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
