About the role

At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs.

Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for “Overall NLP Company of the Year.”

Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here.

The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Commure builds AI for healthcare operations. Call Center Agents is our AI voice agent for medical practice and health system call centers. It answers and places patient calls, schedules and reschedules appointments, and plugs directly into the EHR, so calls end with work done rather than a message left.

We sell to health systems, specialty practices, FQHCs, and behavioral health networks. The product is moving fast, the market is crowded with well-funded competitors, and the team is small enough that one person can shape how the whole sales motion runs.

You'll be the person who makes the sales team measurably better every quarter. That means owning the numbers (pipeline, forecast, targets, rep performance) and the people side that moves them: coaching individual sellers and keeping the whole team sharp on a product that ships something new every few weeks.

You'll sit in deal reviews, tell us where the forecast is wrong before it's wrong, figure out why one rep converts discovery calls at twice the rate of another, and turn that into a training the rest of the team runs with the next week. If you've done sales strategy and ops at a high-growth company and want more scope, more ownership, and a mission in healthcare, this is that job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Set strategy and plan the business

- Partner with the call center leadership on go-to-market strategy across segments: health systems, specialty practices, FQHCs, and behavioral health.

- Lead territory design, target setting, and quota allocation. Translate company goals into field-level numbers each rep believes in.

- Model capacity and hiring plans: how many reps, SEs, and implementation resources we need to hit the plan, and when.

- Help design and administer sales comp, including SPIFs that push the behaviors we need.

Evaluate and improve individual sales performance

- Build a performance scorecard for every seller: activity, pipeline generation, stage conversion, cycle time, win rate, and deal size.

- Diagnose where each rep is losing deals (discovery, champion building, ROI case, procurement) using CRM data, call recordings, and deal reviews.

- Run regular 1:1 performance reviews with reps and their managers. Agree on two or three specific things to improve and track whether they do.

- Spot what top performers do differently and make it the playbook for everyone else.

Enable and train the team

- Own sales enablement for Call Center Agents: onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for the existing team.

- Run trainings whenever the product changes so every seller can demo, position, and price new capabilities the week they ship.

- Build and maintain the core assets: pitch and demo scripts, discovery guides, objection handling, competitive battlecards, and ROI calculators.

- Certify reps on the product and the pitch through role plays and mock calls, and retrain where the data shows gaps.

- Be the link between Product and Sales: bring field feedback to the product team and bring product updates back to the field.

Build the systems

- Own CRM hygiene, deal stage definitions, and KPI definitions so everyone reads the same numbers.

- Build dashboards and reporting that reps, managers, and leadership actually use.

- Move us from spreadsheets to scalable tools as we grow, and use AI tools to make the whole machine faster.

WHAT YOU HAVE

- 4+ years in sales strategy and operations, revenue operations, or GTM strategy at a high-growth tech company. Consulting, banking, or chief-of-staff experience before that is a plus.

- You've run the core sales rhythm yourself: forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews, target setting, and territory or quota planning.

- You've worked directly with sellers, not just their data. You can sit with a rep, look at their pipeline, and tell them specifically what to do differently.

- You're comfortable in front of a room. You've built and delivered trainings, onboarding, or enablement programs that changed how a team sells.

- Strong analytical skills: advanced Excel or Sheets, comfortable building models from scratch. SQL is a plus.

- Hands-on with Salesforce or HubSpot, including reports and dashboards.

- You bring structure to ambiguity with low ego. You'll build the deck, then clean up the CRM, then run the meeting.

- Clear, concise writer and communicator with reps, managers, and executives alike.
