At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

Build the foundation that powers the team taking care of the people building the future in space. Blue Origin was founded on a vision of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. The People Experience Team (PXT) makes that mission possible by supporting the people who design, build, and fly our vehicles, across Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Compliance, performance management, and frontline HR service delivery. Gradatim Ferociter: step by step, ferociously.

As part of a hardworking team of HR specialists, partners, and leaders, you will build and own the foundational programmatic work across PXT, as the program management and business operations Program Manager. You will own process optimization across the team, establish the rhythm of the business, design the inspection mechanisms that keep us accountable to our goals, and use data storytelling to show leaders where we are, what is working, and where to act next.

You will be the connective tissue across PXT and our cross-functional partners in Finance, Legal, Security, IT, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Analytics. You will bring structure to complex and fast-moving work, use data and AI to simplify how the team operates, and free our HR professionals to focus on the high-judgment work that matters most.
