What they ask for
About the role
About ICF Next ICF Next brings together strategy, creativity, data, and technology to solve complex challenges and move people when it matters most. We work with organizations tackling some of today’s most important issues, from public health and energy to climate, resilience, and economic opportunity. Our work isn’t simply about communication. It’s about helping people understand, make informed decisions, build confidence, and take meaningful action.
We create integrated campaigns and experiences that connect with people wherever they are, building ideas that work seamlessly across channels and endure across every touchpoint. Whether we’re launching a national behavior-change campaign, helping communities navigate change, or strengthening trust, we believe the best creative work combines insight, strategy, and exceptional craft to create measurable impact.
The Role We are looking for an exceptional On-Call Senior Video Producer who knows how to turn ambitious creative ideas into exceptional work. This is an on-call senior agency production role for someone with deep experience leading complex video and motion productions for major campaigns, from brief through final delivery. You will partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Media, and clients to determine the smartest production approach for the work, bringing together the right talent, partners, process, budget, and technology to make the idea as strong as it can be.
The work spans live action, motion design, animation, broadcast, branded content, digital and social video, audio, and emerging formats. Some assignments will call for large-scale, director-led productions; others will require faster, more agile approaches. Great producers know the difference and know how to get the most from both.
We are looking for someone with exceptional production judgment: someone who knows the production landscape, understands great creative work, anticipates problems before they become problems, and can navigate the realities of budget, schedule, talent, rights, and logistics without allowing those realities to diminish the idea.
